Sulu State University (SuluSU) successfully conducted the presentation of its Strategic Plan 2027–2031 on June 23, 2026, at the Center for Culture and Arts, bringing together university officials, faculty members, and staff to discuss the institution’s vision and strategic direction for the next five years.
The program opened with an invocation, followed by a message from University President Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, who highlighted the integration of the HALAL concept into the University’s strategic planning framework and emphasized its role in advancing quality education.
The Presentation and Discussion of the Strategic Plan 2027–2031 was led by Asst. Prof. Khaizar H. Barrie and Mr. Nadzrin Abdulajid, who presented the University’s key strategic directions and initiatives that will guide Sulu State University’s institutional growth and development over the next five years.
An open forum followed, providing participants with the opportunity to share insights, ask questions, and offer recommendations, reflecting SuluSU’s commitment to collaborative planning and continuous improvement.
