The Gender and Development Office (GADO) is dedicated to actively integrate gender mainstreaming into all aspects of the university's operations. This entails advocating for gender equity, diversity, and social inclusion across various domains such as academia, research, extension activities, policies, programs, and administrative processes. This holistic approach is crucial for promoting and safeguarding human rights within the university community, including its campuses, thereby ensuring the well-being of students, faculty members, and administrative employees of our Sintang Paaralan.

Prepares and supervises the University GAD Plan and Budget and Accomplishment Report, and coordinates GPB implementation across colleges, branches, and offices.
Supports initiatives for marginalized sectors and monitors the University's diversity and social inclusion programs, projects, and activities.
