The Office of the President serves as the highest executive authority of Sulu State University and is mandated to provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, policy implementation, and overall governance of the University. It shall ensure the effective and efficient delivery of instruction, research, extension, production, innovation, and administrative services while promoting academic excellence, institutional sustainability, accountability, and stakeholder engagement in pursuit of the University's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
