The Sulu State University Admission and Testing Office is now accepting applications for the Graduate Studies Aptitude Test (GSAT).

Application Deadline: ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐
Examination Date: ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐, ๐๐๐๐
Applicants must complete the online application form: https://forms.gle/evBA3YfaGwzfkagX7
and personally proceed to the Admission and Testing Office to submit the following requirements:
1. Three (3) photocopies of the Transcript of Records
2. Four (4) pieces of recent 2 ร 2 ID pictures with white background and name tag
3. One (1) original copy and one (1) photocopy of the Honorable Dismissal
4. Two (2) photocopies of the PSA Birth Certificate
5. Two (2) photocopies of the PRC License
6. Two (2) white long folders
7. Two (2) brown long envelopes
8. One (1) orange expanded envelope
9. โฑ500.00 examination fee
Please be reminded that completing the online application form is only the first step of the application process. Applicants are required to personally submit the complete requirements to the Admission and Testing Office for verification and processing.
Incomplete applications will not be processed. Applicants are encouraged to submit their requirements early and not wait until the deadline.
